Dr Fabienne Kutscher-Puis has justified her skills as a Legal Prompt Engineer.

Dr. Fabienne Kutscher-Puis has directed the publication of the current electronic joint journal of the German-French Lawyers Associations (DFJ and AJFA) as editor-in-chief.

During the German seminar organised by the Paris Bar School (EFB), Dr Fabienne Kutscher-Puis gave a presentation together with Alexandra Serlinger (tax law firm Aviyard & Partner) on the professional activities of Franco-German law firms in business law and international tax law.

On the occasion of the pre-seminar for the annual conference of the German-French Lawyers’ Association (DFJ) and the Association des Juristes Français et Allemands (AJFA) in Düsseldorf, Dr Fabienne Kutscher-Puis led a workshop on the topic: “Legal framework and significance of the law applicable to international distribution agreements, using the example of German and French law”.

Dr. Fabienne Kutscher-Puis spoke at the Business France event “Booster Decarbonation 2025” in cooperation with Altios to present the setting up of a GmbH (limited liability company) in Germany.

Dr. Fabienne Kutscher-Puis has published an article on the “commission-affiliation” in French law and the “Kommissionsagentur” in German law in the electronic joint journal of the German-French Lawyers Associations (DFJ and AJFA).

The new edition of the German Manual of Distribution Law (Handbuch Vertriebsrecht) was published by C.H. Beck. Dr Kutscher-Puis wrote the chapters on purchasing groups and on distribution law in France.
